N B A Engineering

Down here at 11/A in the Peenya Industrial Area, right off G T Road, things are always moving. N B A Engineering has been tucked away in this corner for some time. Peenya is always dusty and there is always a truck blocking the way somewhere, but it is where we work. Our shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a gate and the sound of drills and lathes. Inside, it’s a different story with all the projects we have going on. We handle a lot of different engineering tasks, mostly stuff that people bring in with a rough drawing or a broken part that needs fixing. The guys here have seen almost everything by now. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising because most people just find us by word of mouth or because they are right next door. The G T Road traffic is a headache every afternoon, but we are used to it. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for machines to finish their cycles. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized among all the scraps of metal and old tools lying around. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big order in, but we manage to shift things around and make it work.
