My Harm Food

The Marrappa Building is where we set up My Harm Food and it’s right on the road that leads to the Kodihalli Government High School. You can always tell when school is letting out because the street fills up with kids and the whole 9th Cross area gets really lively for an hour or so. We chose this spot in Kodihalli because it felt like a real neighborhood where people actually know each other. Our kitchen isn't very big but we’ve organized it so we can get everything prepared without bumping into each other too much. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right ingredients because we think it makes a difference even if we don't talk about it much. There’s no fancy dining room here or anything like that because we’re mostly focused on getting the food out to people where they need it. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy and it slows things down but we just keep going anyway. It’s a lot of hard work and we’re usually pretty tired by the time we lock up at night but it’s a good kind of tired. We just try to be honest about what we do and stay consistent with our cooking every single day. It’s just a simple operation in a busy building and we’re happy to be here.
