We are situated at No.27 on Dispensary Road, over on F Street in Kalasipalyam. If you know Kalasipalyam, you know it’s one of the busiest spots you can find. There are always people moving, horns honking, and things happening. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. We have been here for years, and the building shows its age a bit, but it works for what we need. It’s a ground-level place which makes it easier to move the big cooking pots. We don’t have a lot of space for anything other than the kitchen equipment. It’s crowded with supplies and ingredients most of the time. We start our work very early, often while the rest of the street is still quiet. By midday, it’s a different story. We do a lot of traditional cooking here. There are no fancy gadgets, just big fires and seasoned hands. We don’t use any promotional talk. We just tell people what we can make and when it will be ready. People in this area know us by name. It’s a tight-knit community despite how busy it is. We don’t have a glossy sign or anything. Just the address on the door and the smell of food coming out. It’s a tough business but it’s what we’ve always done.
