Ms. Rekha Shah

At number 9 Banaswadi, inside the Yamuna industrial Estate 2, is where Ms. Rekha Shah runs things. Being in an industrial estate means there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. It’s a working environment, through and through. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Our space is functional and mostly used for storage and getting orders ready. Banaswadi is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get things in and out, even if the traffic gets bad in the afternoons. I’ve been at this for a long time, and I’ve learned that being reliable is what keeps people coming back. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. Most of our clients have been with us for years. They know what to expect when they call. The office is small and usually has a few stacks of invoices waiting to be filed. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, the paperwork piles up on the desks. It’s just me and a small group of people who know the business inside out. We don’t have any corporate slogans. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and get to work. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us here in Yamuna industrial Estate. We just keep our heads down and finish the work.
