Mrs Theovel Surveys

Mrs Theovel Surveys is based out of Kancheepuram. We are at 120 Main Road, which used to be Old No 48A, in the Oli Mohamed Pettai area. Our office is right there in the 631 502 zip code. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Surveying work keeps us out in the field a lot, but this is where we do all our paperwork and meet with people who need our help. It's not a fancy office with glass walls or modern art. It’s a practical space where we keep our tools, maps, and measuring equipment. Kancheepuram is a historic place, and working here means we see a lot of different types of land and old properties. We are a small team, just a few of us who know the local area really well. We don't use big marketing terms to describe what we do. We just do the job that is asked of us. The main road can be noisy with all the traffic passing through Oli Mohamed Pettai, but we don’t mind it. We have our own routine. We wake up, check the schedule, and get to work. It’s been that way for many years. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep doing our surveys and helping the people in the district. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We are just regular people doing a regular job.
