Mphasis

Mphasis is situated at number 82 on 3rd Main in Udayanagar. We are quite close to the Doorvaninagar Post in Bangalore 560016. The area is relatively quiet compared to the more commercial parts of the city, which makes it a decent place to work. We have been in this building for quite some time. It is a basic structure with a few floors where we have our different departments set up. We don't have any fancy signage or promotional posters on the walls. It is just a place where people come to work every day. We have a very simple way of doing things here. We don't bother with long meetings if they aren't necessary. We mostly just talk to each other across the desks when something needs to be sorted out. Most of the staff here have their own routines and we just let everyone get on with their jobs. We like the fact that Udayanagar is a bit more laid back. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk sometimes. We don't try to sound like a high-flying tech company. We are just a group of regular employees who handle the work that comes into the Doorvaninagar office. It is a very honest and straightforward environment. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry about sounding polished or corporate. That is just how we are.
