Mount View Fast Food

Mount View Fast Food is right on Vasanth Nagar 1st Main Road at number 39. It’s a busy little stretch of road and we are right in the middle of it all. We don't have a lot of space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. The kitchen is small but we’ve figured out how to move around each other without bumping into things too much. Most of our customers are people working in the nearby offices who want something quick before they head back to their desks. We start our prep early in the morning, chopping vegetables and getting everything lined up. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve got a good rhythm down now. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a buzzing sound, but we don't even notice it anymore. We aren't trying to be a five-star place; we just want to serve food that tastes like it should. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we do all the scrubbing and mopping ourselves at the end of the night. It’s tiring sometimes, especially when the heat is high, but we’ve been here for a while and we know most of the people on the block. It’s a simple life running a fast food joint in Vasanth Nagar and we're used to it.
