Our place is at 21, D R C Post, right on Bannerghatta Main Road. If you are familiar with the area, we are directly opposite the Spar Hypermarket. That is a massive place, so it makes finding our shop a lot easier for folks. Bannerghatta is always packed with traffic, especially in the evenings. We sit here and watch the cars crawl by while we work on our spice orders. It is a lot of different smells in here depending on what we are packing that day. Some days it is cumin, other days it might be something stronger. We handle the whole process ourselves. It involves a lot of manual labor, moving sacks around and making sure everything is kept dry and clean. The shop is a bit small for the amount of stuff we try to keep in it, so we are always rearranging things to make more room. It is just a small team of us here. We have a routine that we follow every morning to get things started. We don't really bother with any marketing or big announcements. Most people who come here have been coming for a long time or they just saw us while going to the hypermarket. It is a simple setup and we like it that way. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to get through the day.
