Our place is located at 31, 1st Cross, in Manoranya Palya. It’s right there in the Sultan Palya area, which most people around here know pretty well. We’re tucked away a bit, but once you get into the lane, it’s easy to spot us. We've been operating out of this spot near RT Nagar for quite some time now. The RT Nagar Post is a good landmark if someone is getting lost trying to find the cross. Every morning, the area gets busy with people heading to work and local vendors setting up. We usually have the doors open early. Inside, it’s just a standard setup for Mohan Kumar & Company. We have our desks and the paperwork piled up like any other small office. It’s not some big fancy corporate building, just a local spot where we handle our daily tasks. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for visitors, but the side streets are usually okay. We get a lot of locals dropping by just to ask things or drop off papers. The weather in this part of town is usually alright, but when it rains, the street gets a bit muddy. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We know most of the neighbors by now since we’ve been at this address for years. It’s a quiet enough spot once you step inside and get the fans running.
