Our place, Modelytics, is located at 71 3 Banshankari Krupa in the KR Gardens area of Jeevanhalli. Knowing Bangalore 5, you probably realize the streets get a bit narrow and crowded at times. We are tucked away in a spot that feels more like a home than a sterile office building. It’s a practical workspace for us. A lot of time is spent looking at data and models here, hence the name we use. The building itself is just a regular structure on a relatively quiet street. Fancy slogans aren't our thing, so we don't have a marketing team. Most days, the only sounds are keyboards clicking or someone making tea in the small pantry in the back. Jeevanhalli is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning. Being here so long means most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s not a high-rise office with a view, just a ground-floor space where the actual work happens. Low-key is how we keep things. If a problem pops up with a project, we just sit down together and fix it. You won't find a corporate ladder here, just a few people trying to do a good job with the numbers. We like the local vibe of Bangalore 5. Grounded and real is how it feels. Sometimes the power goes out, and everyone has to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this city. It doesn't bother us much as long as the work gets done.
