Mobile Fast Food

Most days we are out here on 1st Cross near the Hennur Main Road area trying to get things ready before the big rush starts. It gets pretty loud around Lingarajapuram once the sun starts going down and everyone is heading home from work. We started Mobile Fast Food because we just liked being around people and making stuff that tastes good without making it a whole big thing. The kitchen is small but we make it work and everything has its place so we don't trip over each other when it gets busy. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to adjust the canopy or move things around to stay dry but that is just how it goes when you are working on the street. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we know most of the people who walk by every day. It’s not a fancy setup by any means but it’s ours and we take care of it as best as we can. We usually spend the mornings getting the ingredients sorted and making sure the stove is working right. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the pans but seeing people eat and move on with their day makes the hours go by faster. We don't really do much advertising or anything because the smell of the food usually brings people over anyway. It’s just us doing our thing every day on the corner.
