Mnv Bricks

Mnv Bricks is situated out in Jangamakote village. We are right near the Hanuman Temple, which is the main landmark for anyone trying to find us. Making bricks out here in the village is what we have always done. It involves a lot of mud and water and then waiting for the sun to do its work. When the temple bells ring in the morning, we are usually already out there starting the day's work. It is a quiet kind of life for the most part, except for when the tractors come through to pick up a fresh load of bricks. We do not have a website or any fancy marketing stuff. People just know where we are because Jangamakote is a small place and word gets around. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. Some days are slow, especially when it rains and we have to cover everything up with plastic sheets to keep the stacks dry. If they get too wet, they are ruined. We have been here for a long time and the Hanuman Temple being so close feels right. We are just a local operation doing our bit and trying to make sure the bricks are good and solid for the people building their houses nearby. It is dusty work but it is honest and keeps us busy.
