Mitra Academy

Mitra Academy is situated at No.7/1, right across from British Biologicals on Bannerghatta Road. It’s tucked away in the Arakere area, specifically on 2nd Main Road. Finding us can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the side roads off the main Bannerghatta stretch, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet enough spot for a school. The academy has been operating out of this building for a long time now. It’s a mix of different grades and the kids keep the place pretty lively. The stairs can get a bit crowded when classes change, but everyone manages to get where they need to go. We have a routine that doesn't change much. The teachers come in early, the students follow, and the day goes by with the usual subjects. The windows look out onto the local houses and some trees. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just the principal’s room, some staff areas, and the classrooms. We deal with the usual school stuff like lost notebooks or parents asking about the schedule. Being near the landmark of British Biologicals helps people find their way when they are new to the area. It’s just a regular academy where we try to keep things organized so the kids can learn something every day. No big frills, just a local school in the Arakere neighborhood doing its thing.
