Our office is in Sharda Residency, specifically at 2 C, over in G M Palaya. Bangalore is a big city, but this little pocket feels a bit more grounded. It’s the 75 zip code area. Mitcon Consultancy Services Ltd is based here. The building is a typical residency where people live and work side by side. We have a few rooms dedicated to our consultancy work. It’s mostly just bookshelves, a few computers, and some chairs that have seen better days. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic near G M Palaya, but once you’re inside, it’s relatively quiet. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air and look at the trees nearby. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, so we keep the windows open most of the time. It’s just a small group of us keeping things running. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we all just sit around complaining about it for a bit. It’s a very normal, human environment. No one is wearing a tie here. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun starts to go down. It works for us and keeps the stress levels manageable for the whole team.
