Mindtree

Our place is at 8 1 on 2nd Cross in Teachers Colony. This is in the Kadhrenahalli area, which is part of Banashankari 2nd Stage in Bangalore 70. It is a bit more of a residential area compared to the city center, which makes it a nice change of pace. We have been at this address for a long time. The building is just a regular structure and we don't have any big neon signs out front. If you didn't know we were here, you might just walk right past us. We are Mindtree, but we don't operate like one of those massive companies you see on the news. We are much more low-key. We have a few rooms set up for work and a small area where we eat our lunch together. It is a very basic setup. We don't have a human resources department or a PR team writing things for us. We just write our own notes and handle our own calls. The trees in Teachers Colony give us some shade, and it is usually pretty quiet in the afternoons. We like the pace of things here. We just show up, do what is required, and go home to our families. It is a simple life and a simple way to run a business. We don't need much more than that to get by every single day. The office works for us just fine.
