Mindtree Consulting

Mindtree Consulting is situated at Tf2 Ajanta Residency. We are right behind the Bangalore International School, just off Uttarahalli Road. It’s a good location because the school is a great landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in a residency building gives the office a much more personal feel than a typical office block. It’s almost like working from a large home, which helps keep the stress down. We have a small sign, but nothing too big. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We do a lot of our work online, so as long as the internet is running, we are good to go. The area around Uttarahalli Road is growing fast, but our little corner stays relatively peaceful. We often see the students and parents from the school passing by, which adds a bit of life to the day. Our team is small and we don't really follow a strict hierarchy. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just grabs it. We have our fair share of coffee and conversation throughout the day. It’s a very relaxed way to handle consulting, but we still make sure the work is solid. We don’t use big words to sound important; we just tell it like it is. It’s a decent spot and we enjoy being here. It’s just our everyday workplace where we try to stay productive and helpful to anyone who comes in.
