Our little spot for Mindtree Consultacy Pvt Ltd is located at C O Ramu, number 599 on 15th Main. We’re tucked away in the 1st Cross of HMT Layout over in Mathekere, Bangalore 54. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which is nice compared to the more crowded parts of the city. We’ve got a small team and we mostly keep to ourselves, focusing on the work that comes in. The office is pretty simple, nothing too loud or distracting. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a bit, so we know where to get the best snacks and which roads to avoid when the rain starts. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the office when everyone is focused, but then someone will start a conversation about a tricky task and we all chime in. It’s just how we operate. We don’t have any big corporate mottos hanging on the walls. It’s just us, some desks, and our computers. Getting here is usually alright if you come through the main HMT area. We like the pace of this neighborhood. It feels like a real community. Most days are just about checking off the list and making sure everything is handled properly before we head home. There isn't a lot of fuss. We just try to stay organized and do right by the people we work with. It's a good place to be and we plan to stay for a while.
