Mind Search

We’ve been here at 1318 2nd Cross in the MRHB Colony area of Bangalore for a while now. Most people know the spot even if the address looks a bit long on paper. It is just Mind Search, a small operation run by a few of us who grew up in the city. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular office where we get our work done every day. Dealing with recruitment or searching for the right people takes a lot of time and patience. We sit at our desks, make calls, and look through files. It gets noisy sometimes when the traffic picks up outside, but we are used to it. Bangalore has changed so much since we started, with new buildings going up everywhere, but we stayed right here in 560 079. We handle things as they come. If someone walks in or calls, they talk to a real person, usually whoever is closest to the phone. We don't use scripts or complicated systems. It is just about finding what's needed and keeping track of the details. Sometimes the internet slows down or the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of life here. We just drink some tea and wait to get back to it. It’s a simple setup. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the job right and go home at the end of the day like everyone else.
