We’ve been at 50-A on the Ring Road in Peenya 2nd Phase for a while now. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and people moving around. The office is right there where the noise of the road never really stops. We start early most days because getting through the traffic on the Ring Road is a challenge if you leave it too late. The building itself is just a regular place, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and people working on their computers or talking on the phone. We’ve got a small spot for tea and coffee which gets a lot of use during the afternoon slump. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the local chai wallahs and the lunch spots pretty well. The weather in Peenya can get a bit dusty with all the construction and the heavy vehicles passing by, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just wait for the backup to kick in. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big signs or glass walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home before the evening traffic gets completely stuck. It’s just how things go here at Millipore India Pvt Ltd. It's a steady rhythm.
