Up here in Ooty, at Number 9 Upper Bazaar, we run our little tech setup. It's a different vibe than the big cities, but the work is the same. Computers break, software acts up, and people need things fixed. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The bazaar is usually pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We handle info tech stuff for whoever walks in or calls us up. We aren't trying to be the next big global firm. We just like fixing things and helping people with their tech problems. Some days it's just troubleshooting slow systems. Other days we're setting up new hardware. It’s honest work. We don't use a lot of jargon. If something's broken, we say it's broken. The weather in Ooty can be a bit damp, which isn't always great for electronics, so we deal with that too. We keep the shop open and just take things as they come. It's a small team here. We know our neighbors and the other shop owners in Upper Bazaar. It’s a nice community to be part of. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just have our tools and our experience. If you need some tech help while you're in the market, we’re usually around. We just do our best with what we have and keep people's systems running. It's a steady way to spend the day.
