Microsaas Solutions Llp is located over in Kengeri, which is quite a distance for some people. We are at number 99 on the 9th Cross in B Block. It’s near Krishna Garden, which is a nice landmark if you are trying to find the place. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep all our servers and laptops. We don't have a lot of staff, so it stays pretty quiet most of the time. You won't find any fancy logos or big signs outside the door. We just focus on the coding and the technical side of things without much fuss. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so there isn't much noise from traffic once you get off the main road. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the small shops nearby. The space inside is a bit cluttered with wires and old monitors, but we know where everything is. It feels more like a small workshop than a big software company. We started this because we wanted a place to just work on projects. There is a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we are looking at our screens. We don't have a big HR department or formal dress codes. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable and get the work done. It is a simple operation and that is how we like to keep things. The office floor is just plain tile and the chairs are simple.
