You’ll find Metlife India Life Insurance over at number 78 Banashankari on VS Marg. It’s a fairly easy building to spot if you’re driving down that way. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time. The office is pretty functional. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, so there are stacks of folders and documents everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The staff here is mostly people from the surrounding neighborhoods. We spend our days talking to people about their insurance needs and processing forms. VS Marg can get quite loud with all the traffic, but we’ve got used to it. There’s a tea stall nearby that most of us visit at least once a day. It’s a bit of a social hub for the people working in the area. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just do the job that needs doing. People come in, ask their questions, and we try to help them out as best we can. It’s a steady kind of work. We’ve been part of the Banashankari community for years now. It feels like home to most of us. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local insurance office that people can walk into.
