You can find us over at 18 Second Floor on 24th Main in JP Nagar Phase 5. This part of Bangalore is always busy, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street life below. Merittrac Services Pvt Ltd has a decent-sized space here. It is nothing too crazy or over the top, just a regular office where we handle our day-to-day business. The walk up to the second floor keeps us moving throughout the day. We have got a mix of people working here, some who have been with the company for a long time and others who are fairly new to the team. JP Nagar is a nice area, with plenty of trees around despite all the new buildings going up. We usually grab lunch at one of the small places just down the street. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our desks, computers, and a small area for making tea and coffee. It gets a bit noisy during the peak traffic hours because 24th Main is a major road, but we have all gotten used to it over time. We do not spend a lot of time on fancy meetings or big speeches. We just log in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. It is a practical way of working for us. Being in Phase 5 is convenient for most of the team. We just keep our heads down and work.
