Mercer Consulting India Pvt Ltd is located in Bangalore, in the ITI Colony area of Doorvaninagar. Our address is C 122 on North Ring Road. It’s an older part of the city, and ITI Colony has a lot of history to it. We’ve been at this spot for quite a few years now. The office is in a building that’s pretty simple and doesn’t have any of the modern glass and steel you see in the newer parts of Bangalore. C 122 is just a basic structure where we’ve set up our workspace. It’s right on North Ring Road, so there is always some noise from the traffic outside, but we don't mind it too much. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with desks, chairs, and our equipment. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. We just do our consulting work and keep to ourselves for the most part. The people in the area are mostly families who have lived in the colony for generations. It gives the place a very stable and local feeling. We don't use any fancy language or marketing slogans. We just provide our services from this office and try to do a good job. Sometimes we sit outside for a break and watch the world go by on the ring road. It’s a decent, no-nonsense place to work, and it suits us perfectly.
