Meenakshi Creations

Meenakshi Creations is situated in a basement floor at No. 34, along 7th Cross in Vignan Nagar. It’s right near S C T College, so we see a lot of students walking by every day. Being on Kaggadasapura Main Road means there is a lot of noise and movement outside, but down in the basement, it is a bit more tucked away. It took some time to get the space looking the way we wanted. It’s a simple spot, nothing too grand, but it serves our needs. We have been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the 7th Cross. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a climb for some, but we try to keep the entrance clear. The college being so close definitely changes the atmosphere of the street. We spend our hours organizing the stock and talking to the regulars who know we are down here. It gets a little dusty because of the road work that always seems to be happening nearby, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It’s a honest day's work in a part of Vignan Nagar that is always changing. We like being near the main road without being right in the middle of the dust. It's a bit cramped when we get a lot of boxes in, but we manage to find a place for everything.
