Medilin Surgitech India Private Limited has been around for a while now. The R.T.O. office nearby means there's always a lot of movement. People coming in and out all day. S.C. Road is never quiet. We deal with surgical items and hospital gear mainly. It’s a lot of inventory to track and sometimes the boxes pile up in the corners. We don't have a big fancy office with glass doors. It’s just us working hard every day. We try to keep things organized but it’s tough when things get busy. The fans hum all day and we drink tea from the stall around the corner. It's not a glamorous life but it's our work. We know the neighbors well and most people find us because we’re near the landmark. We spend our mornings checking orders and the afternoons loading stuff. It’s a standard routine for us. Nothing too special to say really. We just show up and do what needs doing. Sometimes the rain makes the road messy and everything slows down. But we stay open. It’s about getting the supplies where they need to go. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. More buildings and more cars. But our spot at No. 51/2 stays the same. Just a bunch of us trying to make a living in Yeshwathpur. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just answer the phone.
