Our office is located at F1 7 in the BSNL Quarters area. It’s in Kavalbyrasandra, which is part of R T Nagar here in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a specific address to find if you aren’t from around here. Mdi is what we call ourselves. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn’t feel like you’re going to a stiff corporate office every morning. There are kids playing outside sometimes and people going about their daily lives. We like the pace here. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at screens. Bangalore traffic is something we talk about a lot, but being in R T Nagar helps a bit. We are a small group and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. We’ve had some ups and downs like any other small business, but we are still here. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just take a break and talk. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we still get our work done on time. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life and we’ve made a decent go of it at F1 7. We have a small kettle for tea that gets used constantly throughout the day.
