You can find us at number 132 in Shekar Market over in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a crowded area, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. We’ve been serving people in this part of town for a good while now. The shop is usually full of people taking a break from shopping or working in the market. We don't have a lot of extra space, so it can get a bit cramped when it’s busy. We spend our time taking orders and making sure the kitchen stays organized. It isn't always perfect, but we try to keep things moving. The noise from the market leaks in whenever the door opens, which is basically all the time. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we know the people who come in every day. We aren't trying to be anything more than a place to get a quick meal. Sometimes the ice cream machine acts up, or we run out of napkins, but we deal with it as it comes. It’s a straightforward job in a hectic neighborhood. We just show up, put on the uniform, and get to work. People seem to appreciate having a familiar spot to sit down for a minute in the middle of all the chaos. It gets hot in the kitchen during the summer, but we manage by staying focused on the tasks we need to finish and keeping the customers happy.
