This McDonald'S is over in Basavanagudi on Vasna Road at number 15. It’s a bit of a different feel here than the bigger city locations. The street isn’t always as loud, but we still get plenty of folks coming through our doors. We spend our time making sure the lobby is clean and the trash is taken out. It’s a steady kind of work. We have a few regular customers who come in at the same time every day. We mostly just focus on the task at hand. The building at 15 Vasna Road has been here for a while. We have to keep an eye on the parking out front because it can get messy if we don't watch it. Inside, it’s just the usual tables and the counter. We don't have a lot of extra stuff on the walls or fancy lights. It’s a practical space for people to grab a bite. The staff is mostly local kids or people living nearby in Basavanagudi. We get along well and just get through the busy hours together as a team. Sometimes the rain makes everyone run inside at once and we have to grab the mops to keep the floor safe. We don't really have a big story to tell about the place. We just open up, serve the food, and clean up at night. It’s a reliable spot on the road. We try to keep the lights bright.
