Our branch is on Cunningham Road in Vasanth Nagar, occupying spaces 15, 16, and 19. It’s a very central part of the city, and we get a lot of people coming in from the nearby offices. The place is usually full of noise from people talking and the machines in the kitchen. We have a lot of plastic tables that we are constantly wiping down to keep clean. The floor gets a lot of footprints because of the heavy traffic. Our staff works in shifts and it’s a lot of fast-moving work. We don't have much time for sitting down. The kitchen area is quite small for the number of people working there, so we have to be careful not to get in each other’s way. We have big menu boards behind the counter that we change every now and then. The air conditioning is usually turned up high to keep the place cool when it’s crowded. Sometimes the trash bins get full faster than we can empty them. We don't have any special decor or fancy touches. It’s just a place where you can get your food quickly and move on with your day. We see a lot of different people every day and it keeps things interesting. It’s just a busy spot on a busy road.
