Mcd Berl Pvt Ltd is based here in Bangalore. Our office is at number 29 on 12th Main, specifically at the corner of 17th D Cross in JP Nagar 5th Phase. It’s a pretty decent area with lots of trees around, though the construction nearby never seems to stop. We have been in this part of JP Nagar for a good bit of time now. The building is simple and we share the street with a lot of other small businesses and houses. It doesn't feel like a corporate park, which we actually prefer. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting at our computers or talking about the projects we have on hand. We aren't the type of people to use big buzzwords or have meetings that last for five hours. We like to get the work done and then maybe grab a coffee down the street. The 12th Main road can get quite packed in the evenings when everyone is heading home, so we usually stay a bit late to let the traffic settle down. It is a steady place to work and the locals know us by now. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the day-to-day things that keep the company going. It’s just a normal office in a normal neighborhood where everyone is trying to do their bit. We've got a small water cooler and some old chairs, but they do the job just fine.
