We are Maxwill Zeus Expositions Pvt Ltd, based in Vasanth Nagar at number 11. Our work revolves around expositions and events, which sounds more glamorous than it actually is. Most of the time, we are just dealing with heaps of paperwork, floor plans, and phone calls to vendors who are running late. The office is often full of rolled-up banners, sample booth materials, and boxes of brochures that need to go somewhere. Vasanth Nagar is a nice central area, so it’s easy for us to get to the different venues around the city. We spend a lot of time on our feet, and when a big show is coming up, nobody gets much sleep. It’s a bit of a chaotic business, honestly. One day we are worried about electrical outlets and the next we are trying to figure out why a shipment of displays is stuck in transit. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything like that; we just try to make sure that when the doors open for an event, everything is standing upright and looks okay. The team is used to the stress and we’ve learned to laugh about the mistakes that inevitably happen. It’s a lot of coordination and hoping for the best. When we aren't out at a site, we’re just here at number 11, trying to organize the next big mess into something that makes sense.
