We've been here at the G R Arcade on the first floor for a while now. Most people find us easily enough once they get to 2nd Cross in Malleshwaram. The office is usually busy with people coming in to talk about their papers or asking how the renewals work. It gets a bit noisy from the street downstairs, but we've got the fans running and plenty of chairs for when there’s a wait. Dealing with insurance isn't always the most exciting thing, but it’s what we do here every day. We spend a lot of time looking at forms and checking details on the computer. Sometimes the system is slow, which is annoying, but that’s just how it is. It’s a decent spot in the SSI Area, right in the middle of the 5th Main Block. You’ll see our sign when you head up the stairs. Most of the folks who work here live nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything, just a water cooler and some files stacked up. People drop by to ask questions about their plans or just to hand over documents they forgot to send. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep the doors open during business hours and try to keep things moving so nobody has to sit around too long. Malleshwaram is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside our window while we work.
