We are located at Plot No. 64A, on the 3rd Cross in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. It’s quite a way out on Hosur Road in Anekal Taluk. The commute can be a bit of a headache with all the traffic, but once you get inside the gates, it’s all about the food production. We have a fairly large space here to handle all the processing and packaging. The machines run for most of the day, so there is always a steady hum in the background. We are just a group of people trying to make decent food products. We don't have a fancy corporate office with a view. Our windows mostly look out onto the other factory sheds. Lunchtime is when everyone gathers in the small canteen area to eat and talk. We get our supplies delivered by big trucks that struggle with the turns in the industrial layout. It’s a practical environment. We don't use a lot of flowery language in our business. We just follow the recipes and make sure the quality is what it needs to be. Working in Anekal means we are away from the main city buzz, which suits us fine. There is always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of every shift. It’s a tiring job but it feels good to see the finished products leaving the warehouse at the end of the week. Sometimes the power dips and we have to reset everything, which can be frustrating. But that is just how things go out here.
