Mathematics Hothouse

Mathematics Hothouse is tucked away in Usha’s Apartments on 16th Main Road. We are in Jayanagar 4th Block East, right near the Tilak Nagar Police Station. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. Being in an apartment building gives it a more personal, homey feel. We have set up our classrooms in a way that feels comfortable for the students. It’s not a sterile office environment. There are books everywhere and the smell of old paper and ink. We focus mainly on math, as the name says. We have been in this part of Bangalore 560011 for quite some time now. People usually find us because they live in the nearby blocks or they know the police station landmark. We don’t do any flashy advertising. We just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes the bells from the local area ring and we just keep working. It’s a simple life of numbers and formulas. We have a few tables and some chairs that have seen better days, but they are sturdy enough for a long session. The students seem to like the quiet atmosphere here. We aren't a big corporation with branches everywhere. We are just this one spot in Jayanagar. We open up, we teach math, and then we close up for the day. It’s a steady routine that we have followed for years. Just a local place doing math.
