Mathashree

Mathashree is located right in the middle of Shivaji Nagar at 14-15. It's a busy area, so there is always noise and movement outside our doors. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work for what we need to do every day. We open up early in the morning and usually don't close until it’s quite late. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we're busy, but we clean up as soon as there's a breather. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the work and hoping people find what they need. A lot of folks just stop by while they’re out doing their other errands in the market. It’s a practical setup. We have a few old chairs for people to sit if they have to wait for something. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to get around to it yet. We prioritize getting the daily tasks done over how the place looks. It’s an honest living and we enjoy being part of the Shivaji Nagar community. You see all sorts of people walking by. If you need to find us, just look for the numbers 14 and 15 on the street. We’re usually there, rain or shine, just keeping the doors open.
