Maruthi Traders

You can find Maruthi Traders right on Kamakshi Palya North Main Road at number 84. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the deliveries start arriving. The road is always full of scooters and carts, so it can be a bit of a mess outside. Our shop is mostly filled with crates and boxes. We trade in a lot of different goods, so you never know exactly what’s going to be stacked up on any given day. The ceiling is high but we have stuff piled almost to the top. We don't have a fancy display window or anything like that. People come to us because they know we are at 84 North Main Road and have been here for years. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around. We use a lot of packing tape and markers to keep track of everything. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks, but it’s sturdy. Maruthi Traders is just a regular trading business. We don't do anything special or use big words to describe ourselves. We just open up early, move the goods, and close up when the sun goes down. Sometimes we have a chat with the tea seller next door while waiting for a truck. It’s a simple life in Kamakshi Palya and we are glad to be part of it. The work is steady and we stay busy.
