You can find Maruthi Cement & Steels at Office No. 214 in the Doddanekkundi Industrial Area. It’s on Whitefield Road, right behind the Graphite India Ltd. building. Being in an industrial area like this means things are always moving. There are trucks everywhere and a lot of noise, but we like it that way. It feels like real work is happening all around us. We handle a lot of cement and steel, obviously, and our office is just a practical space where we keep the books and meet with people. It isn't a place for showing off. We keep things plain and simple. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep, and the yard gets a bit muddy when it rains, but that’s just part of the deal when you’re working in construction materials. We’ve been behind Graphite India for years. Most of our regulars know the shortcut through the back. We aren't really into big advertisements or trying to sound like a huge company. We’re just local folks providing stuff that builders need. Sometimes we run out of tea, and sometimes the phone rings too much, but we get through the day. We don't have a grand vision, just the goal of getting the orders right and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. That is how we do things here at Maruthi. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
