Our office is located at No 1 New Kuttiali Building, which is right on the 11th Cross in Vinayaknagar. If you know the Ansandrapalaya Hal area in Bangalore, you know it can get pretty crowded with traffic. We are on the 1st Main. Mars Telecom India Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a bit. It’s a practical setup. We have our gear and our desks and we just get to it every morning. The building itself is easy to spot once you get onto the cross road. It’s not a shiny corporate tower, just a regular building where people are working hard. We deal with telecom stuff, which mostly means a lot of technical talk and fixing things that aren't working right. The team usually grabs lunch from the local spots around here. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a minute for things to kick back in, but we are used to that. We don't spend much time on decorating or making things look pretty. We just want to make sure the work is done by the end of the day. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but once you’re inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and some quiet chat between the staff. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while and like the vibe. It feels like a real place to work. We just keep our heads down and do the jobs.
