Marhaba Food Plaza

Marhaba Food Plaza is located at 1 Nagawara 19th Main, in the T Block area. This is Phase-I and we are quite close to Ambedkar Medical College. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Manju Shree College. Being near two colleges means the street is always full of students and staff. It’s a lively part of Bangalore, though the traffic on 19th Main can be a bit much sometimes. We get to the shop early to start the preparations. There is always a lot to do, from cleaning the floors to getting the ingredients sorted. Our space is simple and we try to make it work for everyone who comes in. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local eatery run by regular people. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that; we just make food and sell it to whoever is hungry. The afternoons get busy when the college classes let out. We see a lot of the same kids every day, and you get to know what they like. The noise of the city is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a while. We stay open until late evening, making sure everything is cleaned up before we head home. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the kitchen, but that is the nature of the business in a busy place like this. We just keep going until the last plate is served.
