Mapple Hotels

We’ve been here at House No 267 on 5th C Cross for a while now. It’s tucked away in HAL 3rd Stage, which is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the 4th Main layout in Bangalore. Most mornings starts with the sound of the neighbor’s scooter and the sun hitting the gate. We aren't a big flashy place, just a building on a regular street where people walk their dogs. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the 5th C Cross because the signs aren't great, but we usually just wave them down from the balcony. Inside, it’s mostly just us doing our thing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint next summer, but for now, they’re fine. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, away from the main road noise. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running. There’s a small tea shop around the corner where everyone goes around four o’clock. Bangalore traffic is what it is, so we try to get most things done before the evening rush starts. It’s just a normal place to work and be. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new houses going up and older ones getting renovated, but House 267 stays pretty much the same. It feels like home to us, honestly. Nothing too fancy, just a solid spot in a decent part of town.
