We have been running things here at Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd in JC Nagar for a while now. Bangalore is a big city and people are always coming in looking for work or asking about how to find staff. It gets busy here, especially in the mornings when the traffic around JC Nagar is at its peak. We aren't a fancy setup with glass walls and coffee machines everywhere. It is just a regular office where we handle paperwork and talk to people all day. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We mostly deal with local folks who need a job or companies that are short on hands. There is always someone coming through the door with a resume or a question. It is not always perfect and sometimes we get behind on emails because there is just so much to do. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can though. Being in this part of Bangalore means we see a lot of different people every day. It is hard work but it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on getting people placed where they are needed without making too much of a fuss about it. If you are around JC Nagar, you probably know where we are. It is just a straightforward place doing straightforward work every day of the week.
