Manoj Warrier Bajaj Allianz

I’m Manoj Warrier and I work with Bajaj Allianz. My office is at 26 Vivek Nagar, in the Akshaya Commercial Complex on Fergusson College Road. It’s very close to the Hyderabad Biriyani place, which makes it easy to find. I’ve been doing insurance for a long time now. People come to me to talk about life insurance or health cover for their families. It’s a small office with a couple of chairs for visitors. I spend a lot of time on the phone or filling out digital forms on my computer. Insurance is one of those things people don't think about until they need it. I try to keep it simple when I talk to people. I don't use all those complicated words that insurance companies like to use. I just tell them what is covered and what isn't in plain English. Sometimes I meet people at their homes if they can’t come to the complex. It’s a lot of listening to what people are worried about. The area here is always busy with college students and traffic. My office is a bit of a quiet spot amidst all that. I’m usually there from morning until evening. I don't have a big team, it's mostly just me handling the files. I just try to do an honest job and help folks get their paperwork sorted out.
