Manoj Caterers

Our place, Manoj Caterers, is over at No.173 in Gere Palya. It’s in the Kengeri area, specifically near Rajajrajeswari Dental College. We are also quite close to the Prajavani Press in Kumbalgodu. It’s a bit further out than the main city center, which gives us a bit more space but also means we spend a lot of time on the road. The area around Gere Palya has a lot of landmarks like the college and the press, so people usually find their way to us eventually. We do all our cooking and prep work right here at No.173. It’s a busy environment with lots of steam and noise from the pots and pans. We started this business because we enjoy the work, even if it’s exhausting sometimes. Kumbalgodu is growing fast, but it still feels a bit different from the crowded parts of Bangalore. We spend our days checking on supplies and making sure the kitchen is in good shape. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just put in the hours and try not to make mistakes. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, or the rain makes things a bit messy outside, but we just keep going. We aren't a fancy outfit with a lot of polished talk. We’re just local folks running a catering business and trying to do a decent job every day of the week for anyone who needs us.
