Manjunatha Water Supply

Our tanker trucks are always moving around Dharmaram College 3rd Cross. Water supply is a job that never really stops because people always need it for their tanks. Manjunatha Water Supply started out small and we still keep things pretty simple. The phone rings a lot, especially in the summer when the ground gets dry and the wells don't have much left. We know the roads around here quite well, even the narrow ones where it's hard to turn a big truck. Sometimes the traffic near the college makes us run a bit late, but that’s just how this neighborhood is. We don't have a big office or anything like that. It's mostly just coordinating where the next load of water needs to go. We keep an eye on the hoses and the pumps to make sure nothing leaks too much. It is hard work and you get wet and dirty every single day. The drivers usually start their shift while most people are still sleeping. We find that the 3rd Cross area is our main spot, so we stay close by. If you see a blue or white tanker with a loud engine, that is probably one of ours. We don't do much advertising because the word usually gets around when someone’s tank is empty. It’s just a matter of getting the water from point A to point B without making a mess of the driveway.
