Manjunath Foods

Manjunath Foods is situated at 412/13 on Station Road, right near the B S N L Colony. Being on Station Road means there is a lot of noise and movement all day long. We are in the food business, so our schedule is tied to the flow of the city. We get our supplies early in the morning, often before the sun is even fully up. The space we have is functional, with heavy tables and stoves for whatever we are preparing. It’s not a quiet or calm place to work. There is always the sound of prep work and the clatter of containers. We deal with various food items that we sell to local vendors or directly to the public. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic near the station, which can throw off our whole timing for the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make things look pretty. It’s just us in our aprons, making sure the food is ready and the counters are clean. The walls are a bit stained from the steam, and the floor is always being swept. It’s a lot of physical labor, standing on your feet for hours and moving heavy crates around. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s convenient for transport, even if it’s a bit chaotic. We just keep our heads down and get the work done so the orders go out on time. If the train is late, sometimes we have to wait around, but that's just life here.
