Manipal Ecommerce Limited

We work out of Sector 28 in Nerul West, over in Navi Mumbai. Our office is in the Shri Ganesh CHS, specifically building B 4 6 1. It’s a typical residential complex that happens to house some small businesses like ours. Manipal Ecommerce Limited is the name on our documents. Most of the time, the room is filled with cardboard boxes and packing tape. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but we know where everything is. The windows look out over the parking lot. Nerul is a busy place, and there’s always someone moving in or out of the society. We spend a lot of our day staring at screens and checking shipping labels. The internet can be slow when everyone in the building is online at once. We have a small kettle for making coffee in the corner. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that, you just come up the stairs and we’re right there. The building is a bit old, so the lift doesn't always work, which means we get a lot of exercise carrying things up. It’s a small team, just a few of us sitting around a couple of tables pushed together. We don't have uniforms or anything, just regular clothes and a lot of work to do before the courier arrives. It is a simple life.
