You can find us at 253, 22, 4th Cross in Jayanagar 1st Block, Bangalore. We have been working from this location for quite a few years now, focusing on all things related to communications. Our office is a modest setup, tucked away on a side street which is a lot quieter than the main roads of Jayanagar. It’s a nice place to be. We have a small team of people who handle technical support and customer queries all day long. The office is usually full of wires, phone sets, and computers, which is just part of the job. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that knows the area and the people who live here. Most of our customers are from the surrounding neighborhood. We don't have any polished scripts for our staff to follow. When someone calls or walks in with a problem, we just talk to them like normal people and try to figure out a solution. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things go wrong at once, but we just work through it together. We value the relationships we’ve built over the years in Jayanagar. It’s a solid, honest business and we take pride in just getting the work done without any fancy bells or whistles. Our sign is small, but if you look for the 4th Cross, you will surely find us.
