You can find our Management Consulting Firm at No 18, Door No 103 on the 1st Floor of the 6th Cross in Dayananda Layout. We are right off TC Palya Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a busy spot, but being on the first floor keeps us a little away from the noise. We started this firm because we saw a lot of businesses struggling with the basic stuff, like organization and planning. The office is pretty simple. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of big tables where we spread out our work. Bangalore is known for its big tech companies, but we mostly work with the smaller outfits that keep the city running. We don't have a polished corporate image. Usually, we're just in shirts and trousers, working through the afternoon heat. The 6th Cross is a familiar place for us now, and we know most of the people who work in the nearby buildings. We don't go for any high-pressure sales tactics. If someone needs help, they come in, we talk for a bit, and we see if we can be useful. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We stay busy with various projects, and there’s always something new to look at. We like the practical side of management and steer clear of theory that doesn't actually help anyone in the real world. We just stick to the facts and the figures.
