Malpani Associates

Malpani Associates operates out of S 562 in the Hari Niwas building. We are on Street Number 1 in the School Block of Shakarpur, Delhi. The pin code is 110092. If you know East Delhi, you know Shakarpur is a very crowded and bustling place. There are shops and offices everywhere you look. Our street is no different. It is always full of people, cycles, and cars moving through. Being in the School Block means we hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. The office itself is a straightforward space. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and not much else. It is a functional place meant for getting work done. We don't have any interest in looking like a high-end firm from South Delhi. We are local people serving the community and whoever else needs our help. The Hari Niwas building is a well-known spot on the street. It’s easy to find once you get into the lane. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through papers. It is a lot of work, but we have been doing it for years so we are used to the pace. Some days the heat in Delhi makes it tough, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We don't really do "branding" or anything like that. We just go by the name on the door and our reputation in the block for being reliable.
